Terms and Conditions

1. What you get

Each workshop, summit pass, recording plan, bonus or membership gives you what its page described at the time you bought it, for the period stated. Everything we offer is for educational purposes. It is not a degree, an accredited qualification, a job placement, a guarantee of results or professional advice.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or use the members area through a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you.
• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in, sign-in codes, recordings, notes or joining details. We may block shared, resold or misused accounts without a refund.
• Keep your email and phone up to date. You are responsible for your device, internet connection and apps.

3. Prices, payments and purchases inside the members area

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include the taxes we must charge, unless stated otherwise. Offers, coupons and prices can change or end at any time; the price when your payment succeeds is final.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is confirmed only when payment succeeds.
• Some offers in the members area, such as the community or a 1:1 call, are fulfilled by our own checkout and team. A 1:1 call is booked at a time we agree with you and must be used within the period stated.
• Please write to us before raising a chargeback; most problems are fixed quickly that way.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy of the programme you bought, shown on its page at the time of purchase. Where a programme has no stated policy, purchases are final once access is given.

5. Recordings, notes, transcripts and captions

Recordings play through YouTube inside the members area. Notes, transcripts, captions and translations are made with the help of AI and may contain mistakes; the recording is the reference. They are for your personal learning only. You may not download, record, copy, publish, resell, share or build a course or product from any of them without our written permission. We may watermark recordings with your email.

6. Live sessions and your appearance

Live sessions are recorded, including video, audio, screens, chat, Q&A, polls and reactions. By joining, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish your name, image, voice, questions, comments and anything you share during sessions or in the community, in recordings, clips, testimonials, ads and other material, for education and marketing. To stay off camera, keep your camera off and use a display name.

7. Speakers, schedules and changes

Speakers are independent. A speaker may cancel or change at short notice; we may replace them, move or drop a session. Agendas, timings, platforms, features and the members area itself may change. A change of speaker, topic or time is not by itself a reason for a refund.

8. Certificates

Certificates confirm attendance or watch time under the rule stated for each programme. They are not accredited qualifications or endorsements of your skills. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by misuse.

9. Community and your conduct

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, abuse, sexual content, spam, scams, illegal content, pirated material or other people's personal data.
• Do not sell or promote your own offers without our permission.
• Do not try to break, scrape, overload or misuse the members area, the checkout or the video player.
• What you post must be yours to share. You remain the owner and give us the right to host, show and moderate it.

We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

10. Marketing, partners and data

By using the members area you agree to receive messages about your purchases and, with your consent, promotions from us and our partners, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may show and promote partners' products and earn a commission. Your data is used and shared as our Privacy Policy explains, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

11. Intellectual property

All content in the members area belongs to us or to the speaker who made it. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own learning and work. Work you create yourself with what you learn is yours. Content you make with third-party AI tools is subject to those tools' terms.

12. Third-party tools

We show and use tools owned by other companies. Their terms, prices, privacy policies and availability are theirs. Read them before you sign up or upload data. We are not responsible for them.

13. No guarantees and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any result, income, job, client or outcome, or that the members area will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or cost that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the members area or its content, or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to support@theonlyworkshop.com first if something goes wrong. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.

16. Grievances and contact

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version is posted here with a new date; using the members area after that means you accept it. Last updated 27 October 2026.
