What we store: your email, your name and phone if you add them, what you bought, your Zoom registration for sessions you own, your watch progress and notes, and questions you ask the workshop assistant.
Why: to deliver exactly what you paid for: joining links, recordings, courses, community access.
Where: our own database (Supabase, managed Postgres) and our own server. Videos stream from a CDN with signed, expiring links. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store card or UPI credentials.
Who else: Zoom (live sessions), Razorpay (payments), Resend (emails), Bunny (video delivery), OpenAI (transcript features; transcripts of the group workshop only, never your personal data). No data is sold or shared beyond that.
Your rights: write to theonlyworkshopsupport@gmail.com from your login email to see, correct or delete what we hold. Deleting removes access to what the data delivers.
